For Stripe Credit Card Processing: Before 90 days has elapsed since the purchase, you are able to simply void and refund through your account,

1. 1. Click on the GCs tab
   2. Search for and click on the ID number of the gift certificate you would like to refund.
   3. On the left side column, click the link to Void and Refund
   4. Select the Void date and put a comment in the field for your records.

Note: Void and Refund will withdraw the net amount deposited into your bank account and will return the entire purchase amount to the original credit card used to purchase the gift certificate. After 90 days, this is no longer an option, but you can utilize a physical check for reimbursement. No fees will be refunded, so you should subtract the fees from the refund amount.

Void an instant gift certificate by:

1. Click on the GCs tab
2. Search for and click on the ID number of the gift certificate you would like to refund
3. On the left side column, click the link to Void
4. Select the Void date and put a comment in the field for your records.
   • Note: Voiding within your fuse account will generate a credit on your next billing cycle if you have already paid a commission fee.

   

Note: Voiding in your account does not refund the client’s Credit Card. To do so, you will need to log into your Authorize.net account and follow the Authorize.net procedures for refunding. Void an instant gift certificate by:
