Why do I need it?
Instant Gift Certificates are a great service for your clients, providing convenience, instant gratification and solving last minute gift-giving problems. You'll sell more gift certificates and save staff time while doing it — there's no fulfillment for Instant Gift Certificates.
What will they look like?
Choose your favorite designs from our library — all of which are automatically branded with your logo. Your clients personalize their gift by choosing the perfect design for the occasion along with the recipient's and sender's names and any message. If you'd like to take it further you can even create custom designs. It's up to you!
How does it work?
SpaBoom instantly creates an Instant Gift Certificates page just for you, which you link to from your existing website. This page can be customized, including with your logo and colors, to emulate much of the look and feel of your website, so when your client clicks on the link they will feel like they are still on your site.
You can easily change your services and packages that are available for Instant Gift Certificates. And, you can create specials that apply just for a specific time period.

What does it cost?
Setup is just $99, then you pay only when you sell, just 5% of your online sales. Once a month, we bill your credit card for your prior month's sales. (Note: Solo estheticians and massage therapists pay just $19 for setup, but solo means 'one' not many, so please honor that!) See our Pricing.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Your SpaBoom service is month to month. If our service isn’t working out for you, you may cancel at any time for any reason.
How are credit cards processed?
We don't process the credit card transactions from your SpaBoom online sales, you do. Processing of credit cards can be accomplished in one of two ways:
- Manual processing: every time a client purchases an Instant Gift Certificate, you’ll be notified by email. It’s fast and easy to log in to SpaBoom and pull up the credit card and buyer information. You then process it like you would a phone order.
- Online processing: Setup your merchant account to accept online transactions via Authorize.net or use PayPal Website Payments Pro — both automatically process credit cards right as sales are made.
How do my clients get their gift certificates?
Your client prints or emails their Instant Gift Certificate themselves, right away! No more filling out or mailing gift certificates by hand!
Custom design services are also available if you need a new logo, custom design work or other special assistance.
