Instant Gift Certificates
Setup is just $99, then, each month you pay only when you sell, just 5% of your online sales — and you've already been paid!
Special setup pricing is available for solo massage therapists and aestheticians.
At the start of each month, we calculate your fee based on the amount of your online sales of Instant Gift Certificates for the prior month.

For example, if you sold $1,200 in online Instant Gift Certificates last month, your fee would be just $60. That's the only charge for Instant Gift Certificates. There are no minimums and no service fees. You can cancel at any time — there is no cancellation fee.
Appointments
Our optional online appointments use the same pricing as Instant Gift Certificates, just 5%.
Dynamic Websites
We offer two options for setting up Dynamic Websites — Self Service and Full Service. Both options come with Instant Gift Certificates built-in!
Self Service means you do all the heavy lifting — with our guidance, of course! — and setup is just $99.Full Service means we work with you to obtain your information and graphics, then set up your website for just $299. If you choose Full Service, we'll simply bill your credit card at the time you make that choice.
Setup fees are billed at the time your project begins. Then, all Dynamic Websites are $39.95 per month, billed at the beginning of the month for that month's service, and the first 30 days are free. We simply bill you for the remainder of the month after your 30 days are up, and we'll then bill you separately for the next month.
Example:
You sign your spa up on the 15th of May and you'd like us to create your website for you. We'll bill your credit card the $299 fee right at time of sign-up. Your 30 days free goes from May 15th-June 14th. So, on June 14th we bill you for the period June 14th-June 30th, or $22.64. Then on July 1st, we bill you for July 1st -July 31st. Every month thereafter, we bill you on the 1st of the month for that month's hosting.

Custom graphics design and content services are also available.
Spa Emergency
You pay only when you sell — a flat 15%. And you've already been paid!
The Spa Emergency fee applies when the purchaser originates from the Spa Emergency website, whether the purchase is completed there or on your website. Spa Emergency is calculated separately from Instant Gift Certificates and you can choose not to participate.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do you bill?
We calculate your fees at the start of each month and charge your credit card, sending you an email with a link to the detail transaction and billing information available online.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No. You may cancel at any time. For Instant GCs and Appointments, we will bill you only for your actual online sales up through the time you cancel. For Dynamic Websites, you'll have already paid for the current month; cancellations take effect at the end of the month.
What about credit card chargebacks?
If you get a chargeback from your customer, void the gift certificate in SpaBoom. Voided gift certificates are not included in the month's sales. If the voided gift certificate is in a prior month, it is deducted from the next monthly billing.
For appointment requests, what about no-shows?
If your client is a no-show, mark the appointment as "Unable to schedule". Appointments that are not kept are not included in
the month's sales. If it's in a prior month,
it is deducted from the next monthly billing.
