Setup Fee
Your setup fee is billed when you sign up. If your are unhappy with your service for any reason, we'll happily refund your setup fee.
Instant Gift Certificates
At the start of each month, we calculate your fee based on the amount of your online sales of Instant Gift Certificates for the prior month.
Online Booking
There are no commissions for online booking.
Email Marketing
100,000 emails for Suite+ and 50,000 emails for Suite are included per month; additional emails are $.01 each.
Text Messaging and Click-to-call
200 text messages and 100 minutes are included per month; additional texts and minutes are $.03 each. Minutes apply to click-to-call and calls in response to text messages.
Joy of Spa and Spa Emergency
For Instant Gift Certificates sold via Joy of Spa and Spa Emergency, the same Instant Gift Certificate fee applies. Online bookings are free.
Joy of Spa Gift Certificates
Your first redemption is free. Subsequent redemption fees are 9%. Redemptions are made through a secure Amazon Business Payments account.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Your SpaBoom service is month to month. If our service isn’t working for you, you may cancel at any time for any reason.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No. You may cancel at any time. For the Online Marketing Suite, you'll have already paid for the current month; cancellations take effect at the end of the month.
How are credit cards processed?
With Amazon Payments, Authorize.net or PayPal Website Payments Pro. The millions of consumers with Amazon accounts can purchase an Instant Gift Certificate from your spa without re-entering their credit card information. Alternatively, you can process credit cards manually just like you would a phone order.
How do you bill?
At the beginning of each month, we bill the monthly fee for the Online Marketing Suite (if applicable) and the commission for your prior month's sales of Instant Gift Certificates.
What about credit card chargebacks?
If you get a chargeback from your customer, the transaction is automatically reversed and the commission is refunded.
